The chamber is temperature-controlled by exploiting the physical phenomenon of induction: a magnetic field generated near the steel raises its temperature through induced currents . This control method is more effective, quicker to adjust according to the operator's needs, and free from overheating, all to the advantage of precise cooking of the grain.
