The coffee machine is a tool for coffee preparation.
They are invented in the early 1900's and are characterized by steam operation.
In the After War period, the lever coffee machines were produced, which used water pressure instead of steam.
The leverage is that through the infusion with ground water and coffee you get more aromatic, more substantial and denser coffee cups than the normal espresso offered by the other types of machines on the market.
This type of machine allows the barman to customize and make unique each cup of coffee as well as the ability to handle pre-infusion times manually at each delivery. (The longer the time the lever will be lowered and the longer the pre-infusion phase will be).
The coffee infusion process begins by lowering the coffee machine lever.
The water drawn from the pump passes through the heat exchanger, coils inside the boiler allowing the water to reach a constant temperature.
When the water reaches the required temperature drops into the pool by wetting the coffee. When you see the first drops of coffee you will have to lift the lever as the water inside the group will have permeated the coffee inside.
Sweet Coffee Italia promotes the coffee machine in Italy and worldwide because, as in the mission, wants to offer its customers, from the origins to the cup, only quality products that meet the needs of consumers and improve the performance of its clients.
