The Story

Sweet Coffee Italia project was born around 1947, it began at the end of the II World War, when my father migrated to S. Paolo (Brazil) to look for a job.

He reached his sister, who has already lived there for many years with his husband; they traded coffee and fruit with European states.
For a long time my father managed coffee business in the company and he began to identify the different types of coffee.

When he returned to Italy I was a young teenager and his stories about coffee make me curious and shortly after I was able to open my first roasting bar.

Thanks to the advice of important experts I started to roast and mix different qualities of coffee coming from: Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Jamaica and from Indonesia (the land of provenance of the Kopy Luwak, the only coffee in the world selected in natural way).


After this great experience I founded Sweet Coffee Italia.



 


The project

Sweet Coffee Italia project permit to buy and toast the best types of coffee all around the world.


Through our equipments the manufacture of coffee is simplified and totally automatic from the roasting of the green coffee to the cup of coffee on the counter and become experts in the artisan roasting process.


Now your visitors won't only an ordinary coffee, but an italian cup of coffee as only a few may propose.
